We want you to feel confident in your WUKA purchase, which is why we offer a 45-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must remain sealed to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unwashed, unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a similar protective envelope.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
